    xbox one sign in not working...


    For the last 2 days I have been trying to sign in. I click on my profile and it is just continuously loading.

    I have tried an xbox reset, password change via the laptop in case ive been hacked but I am still no further forward. Is anyone else experiencing sign in issues this week on the xbox one?

    xbox one sign in not working...

    A friend just solved this issue by changing his DNS setting. Go into the network settings and perform an auto reset of your DNS setting - this should help

    Can you sign in at xbox.com ? Do you get any error code other than the continuous loading?

    i tried this, it worked for me

    1) Sign out from XBox One

    2) Uninstall Skype

    3) Sign In into XBox One

    4) Install Skype

    I can sign in on my Xbox One, but if I choose 360 games on my Xbox one it says the same. But Xbox One games works fine?

    I had the same problem here, one of the profiles already works and is signed into the Xbox but for my own profile, it doesn't want to sign in. It signs into the other account with no problem
