    Xbox one sign in issue


    Once I turn on my Xbox one, I am not able to sign in. The issue is that once I log on, I am greeted by this security test where it says to put the password to my microsoft account. I enter the correct password but it says "Use the password for your Microsoft
    Account". I then go on my laptop and sign in to my microsoft account with the exact same email and password and it works. I am not sure what this problem is and I have tried over 10 times but nothing seems to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Power cycle your xbox. Should fix this problem. Turn it off and then unplug it from the wall, leave it unplugged for 5 mins, then plug back in and turn on.

    Does Microsoft not use a solution like Prolexic? Alternatively, send in Seal Team 6 and have done with it. It needs sorted one way or another.
