Xbox One Sign in history

To see the billing history for your Xbox LIVE account, sign in at the Microsoft Billing website.

To see your download history, use one of these options:

• On your PC: Go to Purchase History and sign in if necessary.
  
• On your Xbox console:
  1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  2. Go to Settings and select Account.
  3. Select Download History. The items that you've downloaded are listed.

Sorry, there is no history of this unless you were using a different console to download your profile. The only way it would appear in that case would be with a date on this page
here (but no time).

The only people who have access to the gamertags sign in date and time would be customer service, and they use that information to help the Xbox Live Enforcement Team in case of an account theft. This is not something that they can readily give to anyone.

You just need to sign into your xbox live account on your new One and your playing/purchase history should all be there....

There are two ways to see a history of purchases you’ve made with your Xbox LIVE account:

Go to Purchase History and sign in by using your Windows Live ID (email address and password).

View your Xbox LIVE purchase history on your console:

Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

Go to Settings and select Account.

Select Download History. The items that you've downloaded are listed.
