Xbox One shutting off when playing Call of Duty

My xbox one shuts off every time I play Call of Duty now since the new update. It has never done this before and only does it with Call of Duty. The console isn't overheating as it will do it the first game I play and so on. It has solid connection as
well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well.

This is a known issue with the new CoD and Xbox I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet. I hear that not being in party chat helps.

If it's happening due to a certain update, it might be happening to others because of some bug. Social media feeds can identify if that's the case. If not so much, are you an Xbox Insider? I assume you know of the option to report the problem, but in the
meantime you could try do unenroll the console and see if that helps.

Concerning the reply above this one, it could also be something to do with dust depending on how long you've had the console and where it is. If you suspect that, cans of compressed air to the vents can always help if the above doesn't.

Try to put the xbox in a good ventilation place and clean it.

Check your console in a open place, like a livin room and restart the game.

i believe the support depeartment on COD is working on that I assume. It knows about the issue it may soon come with an update eventually.
