Xbox one shutting off when doing certain things

When opening a game then going on youtube then going back on the game it goes gray then shuts off instantly or it stays gray I close the game and I open it again and shuts off instantly.

Why is this and how can I stop it happening?

Downloaded a game now every time I go to play it my xbox shuts off.

I recently purchased Madden 25 off of xbox live and when I went to go play it, it got to the title screen and just shut my xbox off. It happens at the same point every time. I don't understand. I tried deleting it and then downloading it again and still
the same thing. Then I thought it was just my xbox so I tried a different one, same thing, I also tried to transfer it to a different hard drive and still the same issue. Now even when I try to watch Netflix it will shut off the xbox at a certain point. And
as of yesterday it is even doing it when I have a dvd playing.

 

Plugging in headset makes controller turn off...

My controller instantly shuts off when headset (one that came with Xbox one) is plugged in. I've power cycled Xbox, updated controller I can't even update it with the headset plugged in because it shuts off.. Bought another headset it does the same thing..
Do I need a new controller already!? So frustrating. Help?

Hello Kain,

This is a known issue that has been reported and being looked into. There is a work around to sign out completely of the game, before going to you tube and vise versa.

So for example you playing a game and want to look up something or watch you tube about the game. You will have to close the game hit start on the game then go to quit. Then launch you tube once done quit you tube then go back into the game.
