    XBOX ONE SHUTTING OFF RANDOMLY


    OK so, about a month ago my Xbox shut off randomly while I was playing Madden 16. Like completely off, as in the brick too and I had to unplug it for ten seconds and plug it back in to turn it on. Now whenever I play any game it does that and it really ****
    me off because I have read across every forum and tried different fixes, yet none of them work and I really don't want to have to send it in.

    Hey Star Pelzig! To clarify, did you try the power supply troubleshooting steps linked in solution 2? If so, the next step would be to request a repair of the console. You can start that

    Xbox One Powering off Unexpectedly Troubleshooter     and give all the provided steps there a try. Let us know how it goes :)
    I have tried those options several times beforehand, none of them work
