Xbox One shutting off randomly

Hey guys,

A few weeks back my console started to shut off randomly.

I couldn't turn it on without plugging out my power adapter and plugging it back in.

The error would always return.

I even bought a new power adapter, because I thought that was causing the issue,

but it wasn't. My console would still shut off.

Then I placed my console on a different spot in the house, this time i plugged it in the wall instead of my extension cord, but still nothing changed.

I started getting sick of tired of it and I've send it to a Microsoft reparation service. I got it back in like 10 days, still nothing changed. It was still doing the same kind of ****.

I think there are two options. 1) My Xbox One is broken and the reparation service did nothing about it. Which I doubt because you'd think Microsoft would take these errors very seriously. 2) It's the electricity in the house, but that is not likely as well
because my Xbox 360 is still working. Even on the extension cord or any where in the house. So you'd assume there's nothing wrong with the electricity.

Is there anyone who can help me fix this issue. I wanna play my games and communicate online with my friends!
