    XBOX One Shutting off instantly


    hi my xbox one shuts off instantly when i tried to play my games such as fifa 15 wwe2k15.however it only shut down if i tried to play a macth or something it didnt if it was only on menu or homescreen. so can u please help me just bought it and it didnt
    even a month yet

    Xbox one instantly shutting down

    I've had my xbox one for two years and have never experienced a problem until now. I recently moved my console into a different room and at first, there was no issue. For the past few days, I've experienced the same problem where when I switch on my xbox the
    light will turn on but then immediately turn itself off without even reaching the home screen. I've tried resetting the plug and switching wires but nothing seems to work.

    Plugging in headset makes controller turn off...

    My controller instantly shuts off when headset (one that came with Xbox one) is plugged in. I've power cycled Xbox, updated controller I can't even update it with the headset plugged in because it shuts off.. Bought another headset it does the same thing..
    Do I need a new controller already!? So frustrating. Help?

    They is no current way to do that no i'm afraid, it designed to shut off and preserve the battery after a period of inactivity.

    I always switch mine off when i'm not instantly using it

    xbox wont turn off straight away

    It's not a "problem" at all. It's just allowing it to shut down safely, not just instantly turn off and risk losing stuff. Also to cool the system further, just to help.
