    Xbox one shutting down randomly


    My Xbox keeps shutting down randomly every time I started up in the morning . It's not overheating I can guarantee that because it shuts off right after I turn it on every morning for the last seems like forever. I think with the last update they basically
    killed off the Xbox one . This is bull ****!

    Try a hard reset, hold the power button down for ten seconds or so. If that doesn't work call support.

    papercut73, the console was originally bought in the US and it is a US system so I suppose that's why Microsoft have said to send it to a US repair center. My best guess is that it's because a US system is a different region to an Indian system.
