Xbox One shuts off by itself in the middle of a game.

My Xbox One is shutting off when I am in the middle of a game. I can watch Netflix and YouTube for as long as I want but when I start playing a game,, disc or digital, it turns off 10-15 minutes in. After it turns off it will not turn back on,
so I follow the steps and I unplug it from my power cable, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Than II can turn it back on, but like I said it just turns back off by itself in another 10-15 minutes. I really am not sure what to do, I might try to go to the
nearest EB games today and see if they can help. But most likely they won’t because I am not sure where the receipt is. Can anyone possibly give me suggestions or help me fix the Xbox? Thank you.

Xbox 1 shuts off at random times

My xbox one tends to turn off by itself at random times. I will be watching a movie from a disc or netflix and when controller shuts off console shuts off. It's not a defective controller because I've tried several. I will be playing a game and the console
will shut off in the middle of the game. There is a solid orange light on the power supply and it is plugged directly into the outlet. What the $&@" is going on with this 500 dollar piece

 

Xbox shuts off by itself.

Now my system turns back on by itself after it turns off (it also turns back on by itself when I turn it off manually). Any idea what may be wrong with it? Hopefully this new turn of events helps narrow down the true cause of the problems.

 

I went to EB games and they suggested to buy a new one....
