    Xbox one shuts down while loading a game


    My Xbox one shuts down while its loading a game i have change power supply's i have even opened it and cleaned it with an air compressor. I took it to a repair place and they said they dont know what is wrong please help?

    I wouldnt worry about servers being shut down or anything like that considering the Xbox 360 ones are still online. Some game servers may be shut down, but that wont be for a while.

    You could also try to delete your profile, redownload it, perform a hard reset on the console. If they don't work, then you will want to try to restore the console to factory defaults.

    Though, not gonna lie, it sounds like this is an issue that will need to be sent in to be fixed.

    Is this happening with only your games or other apps too?

    If this is happening "only" with your games (any game) then this is your OS what's causing this issue. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point. You are just going to have to wait for the next system update and hopefully this issue should
    fix. If you are having this problem then you are not alone, I have this issue and other people as well.

    If your console is shutting down on apps too then there is something wrong with your console or power supply.
