    Xbox one shuts down unexpectedly after 10-15 minutes


    I was using my xbox earlier this day and it was working normally. Then, I heard a pop, my xbox turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Through trouble shooting I found out something went wrong with my power supply brick.

    I went to a store and bought a used power supply. Now my xbox turns on, will run for 10-15 minutes and shuts off by itself. Is there something wrong with my xbox or is it the power supply I bought? I've tried moving it from power strip to the direct outlet
    and behavior remains the same. Any ideas on how to fix?

    xbox one shuts down unexpectedly

    Christmas present xbox one s, replacing xbox 360, made it through updates, downloading battlefield, starting playing it shut down in 30 seconds. Everything has been checked- power cord, ventilation etc... Try to do factory rest but it will not work. Please

    Controller "low power state"

    I read through the different articles linked on that page and only found one mention of the controller shutting off. In the "Your Xbox Wireless Controller Shuts Down" article, it says that the controller is designed to shut down after 15 minutes to conserve
    batteries. This isn't the low-power state I'm referring to. The old 360 controller did this.

    Anyone else?

    Power restart is shutting down your XBOX completely (sometimes recommended to turn the wall socket as well) for 10 to 15 minutes and then starting the XBOX One up again.

    I however recommend removing the app and installing it again.

    What speed is your line?
