XBox One shuts down during update

Hello. My XBox One been shutting down after completing the download of the updates. The problem is that after I turn it back on, the console has not been updated and I have to update it again and so on in circles. I tried to restart it then resetting it to factory settings and nothing seems to work.... Can someone help please?

Hello Lizrad, if it is restarting, try doing an Offline Update on your console.

Any chance you're using any USB hard drive or something with your console?

Yes, I have a USB ssd drive. I tried installing with and without the drive attached and no luck.

Does the console shut down every time that it get's to 50% on the system update section? What step during the update does it shut down?

[*]Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect
and turn on the Xbox to try the process again.
