XBox One Shut Off, Now won’t turn on

While playing our XBox One randomly shut off. We tried to turn it back on it would not. We unplugged all the cords from the console to the TV and power source and plugged then back in. Still nothing. Wasn’t hot.
I am guessing its broken. ‍♀️ What do you all think?

If your console continues to shut down unexpectedly, the problem might be the power supply. For information about how to troubleshoot power supply issues, visit Your

Change the console settings so it doesn’t turn off automatically

Turn on the console.
Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Power.
Select Turn off or restart.

If you follow these steps but the console continues to get hot and shut down, request a repair.

The issue has now escalated. After Live TV freezes or the error is show console will completely turn off.

Turning on produces a green xbox one screen only available if power adapter unplugged. Normal shut off/restart skips this process after it has been turned on.
