Xbox one shut down accidently

It could be a ventilation issue. You may have to send it in for repairs. You might want to make sure it's not getting too hot while playing.

To echo everyone else, there isn't enough information here to say exactly why it shut off, but it's possible the system just crashed if it froze before turning off. This has happened to me before

Could you please provide a little more information, your initial post is quite vague so it's difficult to provide assistance. What were you doing at the time? Were you mid-game? Watching something? Was the console idle for a while? Were you able to turn
the Xbox One console back on immediately after?
