Xbox One shows "???" when friends play Xbox 360 games

Hi! I have a problem that affects me and all my friends. On our Xbox Ones, when other players play Xbox 360 games, we can't see what they are playing. Xbox One shows they are playing "???". On Xbox 360, I can tottally see what my friends are playing on either
Xbox One and Xbox 360. On Xbox.com I can also see what every of my friends is playing. But on Xbox One, I can only see what friends are playing on Xbox One or Windows platforms, not on the 360. Any fix on that would be appreciated! Thanks!

I am having issues seeing my friends come online on xbox one. every time i play a game it shows my friends that are all currently online but when i snap my freinds list it doesnt show all my friends that are currently online. first it shows all my friends
then it disconnects.

 

Xbox 360 achievement language

hi,first of all

My Xbox live profile region set to Turkey and i am from Turkey.

but all xbox 360 games that i have played shows achievements in french.

When i play a new game that never played before(isnt on the game/achievements list) shows achievement in English.

Than i recover/redownload my profile from xbox live it turns all xbox 360 achievements french.

same with xbox one backwards compability.

Yes I also have this issue and I am from Greece. Please fix this as it is an inconvenience for us! Xbox.com and Xbox 360 work properly!

The Xbox Staff do listen to you, it is just they may have reported this as a bug, but not said anything about it here. Glad to know, though, that your issue has now been resolved.

This problem is not fixed. 3 days ago after it got fixed it returned back. Since then, twitter support says they are aware of it but it's still not fixed so I just returned back now almost 2 months later just to inform the forums that this problem still
occurs. This also affects Xbox App now along with the Xbox One. This issue is for Greece, Ceska Republica, Slovakia, Hungary, Israel, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

I had reported this to the Twitter team and got a reply yesterday that it should be now fixed. I didn't respond (as I wasn't on my PC at the time) and they sent another message stating that on their end it is NOT fixed even though they received report by
the appropriate team that we should be good to go. Well, it is not fixed on our end either but there is a proggress at least!

 

UPDATE 22/07/2016

Hey there Xbox and Mister Mascot! There was an update yesterday on this issue. However it is still not working as intended. After this update, the friends list does not show the friends that play on Xbox 360 neither "Offline" nor as playing "???". It shows
them as online, however, it still fails to show what they are playing. It just shows them online with no game playing. When they shut down their Xbox 360 it shows them as "Last seen X m/h ago: " without -again- referring to any game. So what needs to be worked
on now, is to display the game they are playing on their Xbox 360. Thanks for all the work you've been doing!

Glad to see there is some change on your end, the issue is still being worked on by the engineering team and there aren't any new updates to share at the moment. We will certainly update as soon as we have more information!
