    I have the same exact issue. It just started about a month ago. High latency, packet loss and low upload speed on Xbox One, yet everything is fine on my PC and other connected devices. Already tried swapping in a new CAT6 cable, to no avail. I have scoured
    Google for a solution, with zero results. I have tried eevrrything suggested, and the issue persists. Specs below.

    Setup:

    ISP Mediacom

    US East Coast

    ISP Provided Modem

    Router: TP-Link Archer C7 V4.0

    ISP Speeds: 135Mbps Down, 20Mbps Up

    Xbox One Speeds: 130Mbps Down, 0.38Mbps Up, 5% Packet Loss

    Brand New CAT6 Ethernet Cable

    WIRED connection

    UPNP Enabled

    Ports Triggered

    Open NAT

    I'm stumped for a solution. Apparently Microsoft doesn't offer phone support anymore, so this is the only option. I'm tired of rubber banding in Black Ops 4. Never had this issue until recently. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have the same high latency here, im from the UK and have a wired connection to my modem, no router,

    my NAT is open,

    124 mbps download - 0% packet loss

    13 mbps upload - 0% packet loss

    latency 155 - 185 ms,

    With this high latency its no fun playing games online or trying to compete in such games as Battlefield 4 or Call of Duty: Ghosts when U.S players have better pings then E.U players, seeing that Xbox One servers are only in the U.S,

    I hope there are plans for some E.U Xbox One servers to cut down the high latency.

    I believe that when you do the test on the Xbox it pings Microsoft's servers in Seattle. When you use speed test it chooses a local server. Test what you connection is to Seattle from speed test and report back.

    Hello Om3ga,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Have you rebooted the router? Also you can try to clear alt mac address. Go to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings>clear alt mac address. With a wired connection you shouldn't have any packet loss. Can also try
    contacting your ISP to see if any issues with the lines to your house.

    Ive had my isp come to my house and everything was fine. I can run test on the xbox broser and get decent readings. But i get the low upload and 19 percent packetloss at times. The normal speeds testing threw the browser tells me its a xbox/server problem.

    Its creating a loop or something. Ill set a static ip and dns then reboot my router and sometimes i can get normal 800 down 70 up zero loss.

    But i cant get it to do it everytime.

    It also seems to a have a better rate when the port stays on 3074. Rather than when it auto switches.

    It only auto switched half the time

    Ipv6, dns, static ip, outside or in dhcp range didn't change thr scenario. Ive turned off plug&play, used dmz, qos, and many other things without a for sure reason why or how to fix it.

    But its a huge problem considering its causing my xbox to load textures very slow.

    Might as well fix it asap. because ive had the problem for two months and people are just now making posts about it. Im sure checking your internet connection on the " Most power 536 dollar pos you own " isnt something most people do. most people like myself
    would assume it wouldn't just randomly spawn new glitches like cancer.

    But then again ive played over 100 days in hours of bf1 so im always prepaired for the worst.

    Id be embarrassed to collect a paycheck with the software, games, and consoles this generation has sold. Take some pride in your products before you release them.

    Oh, and please quit offering basic troubleshooting tips. Like thr poster didnt reset his freaking route 30 times.

    Im sure he did the 30/30/30 reset on the darn thing 30 times. Smh

    My gf knows to hold the power for ten seconds, pull thr cord, and tap the power button to fix random problems. And she doesnt even know the difference between a xbox and a PlayStation.

    We where around when the red ring embarrassment happened.. We heated up towels in the microwave to overheat the xbox to play for a couple hours.. Quit adding pointless features like 120hz and fix the mountain of glitches windows 10 has! Jesus.

    Btw i put about as much effort in the grammar as you do your products. Except for i didnt sell youa 536 dollar paper weight

    I'm speechless... Do i know you spooby? You said everything i was thinking. I have the exact same issue, tried all the tricks even had a new cable line installed, to no avail. Still getting 460mbits down and an entire 2.4mbits up with packet loss as well.
    Tried different DNS servers, enabled / disabled ipv6, dmz, upnp, port forwarding, i even get it connected directly to the modem no router ... full on public IP on my xbox still get same trash. I think it has something to do with teredo and ipv6 encapsulation.
    Though i also find it odd that all my troubles with live connection began when they started encouraging everyone to stream on mixer. Coincidence?

  10. Your observations make so much sense it's scary. All these problems didn't become apparent until the Mixer community went full steam... Seems that app is pulling a huge amount of bandwidth...

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in?

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?:

    Wired or wireless (for each console):

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider)

    I take it the info in the troubleshooter didn't help? You can also look for more info here:

    That's where I got the above list from. Sorry I can't give more specific help. I don't know much about networking, but I hope you are able to find some of this info useful
