    Try resetting your wifi and power off the Xbox. Wait 10 seconds and try again.

    if your account banned or suspended from Xbox Live the error message will tell you this flat-out and give you the info on it could you please tell us the error code so we can better help to fix your problem?

    Hello TehCrustyTaco , could you be a little more specific as to what is happening? Are you on an Xbox 360 or an Xbox one? Are there any error messages, or can the Xbox play any discs at all?
