Xbox One Shipping Packaging Query?

Hey guys,

So I have to send my Xbox One in for a warranty repair. I've registered it online and printed out the label and whatnot. I was wondering though, can you use the original box the Xbox One came in as a shipping box? Or is it better to go out and buy a proper
postage box?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

xbox remote repair

We have started a work order for the xbox one remotes that has been broken. We can not print out the shipping label. Are we able to just write the shipping label on the package or does the paper work need to be in the packaging?

Xbox Repair Status Question concerning warranty and shipping label

my question is about the warranty ----its june 21 2011 i just did a online repair request buuuutttt my warranty for my xbox ends june 23 2011 --->WiLL they still repair it---------------------other question is about the shipping label i did the request online
but did not receive a shipping label just the packaging instructions do they send ANOTHER EMAIL the email i receive was again the packaging details i try to check around xbox.com but all i get is the darn packaging details

Pretty sure when I sent my 1st 360 back on a warranty repair I just packed it in the box it came in no troubles mate.

I would wrap the original box in some brown paper as it better people don't know what is likely inside the box.

I do apologize if my response doesn't resolve your issue and I can relate to shipping problems with a lot of shipping companies in terms of delivery estimates but there is no way for Xbox to simply ship off a secondary package while one is still on route to its destination with no changes on the side of Xbox. This is in thr hands of UPS now.

Thanks for the reply! Sorry, but I still need a bit more help. I'm dropping my Xbox off at a UPS drop-off point. I keep one invoice for me, and stick the shipping label onto the package. Do I tape an invoice document right next to the shipping label too? Or do I put the invoice in an envelope and then tape that envelope to the package.

@Big 233 First off I will defend Microsoft that once they ship the package they have no control over how long it takes FedEx to update,ship or otherwise handle the package. They use a flat rate shipping so you are at the will of the distributor and most
of the time a company like FedEx has shipping hubs that package must check in at before they can be sent back out or moved.

For instance I ordered something last week on Wednesday 18th...If I could drive to pick it up it would only take me 13 hours year the package is due to arrive on Monday the 23rd by 5pm. When I followed the tracking the package went 3 states away before making
it's way back into my current state. This is not Microsoft's fault...This was UPS and how they ship a package as well as non delivering days (IE Sunday)
