Xbox One Shipping, I messed up?

I shipped off my Xbox that just had the HDD fail (I'm pretty sure), and being me, I failed to follow the instructions. I was unaware of some of the simple things I had to do, such as Writing the return address on the shipping label and Using
a new box that isn't marked under "Xbox".

Is there somewhere/someone I can get into contact with to get my address established, so I can have my new Xbox sent to the correct address? Or will they use the records automatically to determine my address (with my Microsoft account)?

Thanks in advance, I need to know asap because I shipped it off on Monday.

Very Disappointed With Xbox One Controller Quality

Both my controllers have loose left analog sticks. I want to be happy about buying an xbox one, but the quality of the product is making it difficult. I don't want to pay for shipping back to Microsoft for a product that they messed up. I hate to say
it, but I am starting to wish I had gotten a PS4. I could have had a PS4 and two games from amazon for the price of the Xbox One.

Package still with Microsoft - memphis Tennessee not shipped yet.. By ups current information my xbox one still in there shipping city not in my city Houston and if they don't ship in few hours I will get xbox one on Monday.. Do anyone have Microsoft number
for shipping problem for xbox one ? Any package that says next day and still only shipping label created nothing else means if not update in few hours will not get till Monday

So there update messed up our consoles and now we have to pay to ship it to them hiw sbout they find out what they messed up and fix it in a new update

Check the other thread that is well over 50 pages. They messed up and are not shipping orders, there was a glitch and they are working on the weekend orders as to why they were placed and shipped.

Sometimes it might just be dust and they are could have gotten messed up in shipping to the store

I think this game is better to play with friends. I was part of the Beta launch, def not going to work playing by yourself. If the ship gets messed up you need to patch it up set sails and move. One person wont be able to do all that.
