    Okay so i was just going through and watching clips from Shadow of Mordor. None of them had audio and i just thought maybe it was bc i was watching them as thumbnails, but eventually i got to one that had audio. After thinking of why that one clip and every
    clip after had audio and not the ones before, I also realized that the first clip before every clip with audio was a 30 second clip of a photo/snapshot i took using the snapshot (Left thumbstick) feature. I just want to see if anyone elses clips dont have
    audio since the update that added the snapshot feature. I'm thinking that since you can't take screenshots on the xbox one, the update for this in game feature somehow is making the game dvr record clips with no audio. If you could please just record a 30
    second clip and than manually load your game dvr and go to your clips and play it to see if it has sound or not and tell me so i can further diagnose why my clips dont have sound. Could just be a issue with my console or something if everyone else's is fine,
    but i just gotta check

    Disc not being read randomly.

    I'm reviving this post... I literally bought my X-Box a day and a half ago and bought two games: Shadow of Mordor and Destiny. Was playing Shadow of Mordor for an hour so and was going to switch over to Destiny. Popped Destiny in, said it couldn't read the
    disc. Tried again, still couldn't read it. Popped Shadow of Mordor back in, and now it couldn't read it even though I had been playing it five minutes earlier. Reset the system and still nothing. Hopefully, like some of you guys, it'll start working again.
