    Xbox One setup loop(following factory reset)


    Yesterday I encountered an issue that made it so I couldn't sign into my account. The error code given was 0x80a4000a. I assumed it was because of an internet issue. I tried everything from clearing my alternate mac address to power cycling both my router
    and my console. Left with no other options, I decided to factory reset my console while keeping the games and apps. After waiting for my Xbox to turn on, I was prompted to select a language, what variety of that language, and then choose my internet connection.
    After choosing my internet connection, the console will just loop back around to the language settings and redo the whole thing. Any ideas?

    We suggest a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
    Soft Factory Reset
    (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
