    Xbox One Settings and CoD: Ghosts showing different NAT settings


    I've been having trouble connecting to my friends' matches on CoD: Ghosts and it says my NAT type is strict. I have no trouble connecting to parties or their matches on other games, and when I look at the settings app it shows the NAT as open. I tried testing
    my multiplayer connection and then bringing up the detailed network statistics and it said "Your network is behind a cone NAT." Does anyone know why it's different in-game and in the settings app? I have a 37.9mbps download speed, 14.7 upload and 163ms latency.

    Can't find Multiplayer Games on COD Ghost Xbox One

    Please be aware that Xbox One has new features that use IPv6 compared to the Xbox 360 IPv4.

    Xbox One uses the following ports:

    - Port 88 (UDP)

    - Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    - Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    - Port 80 (TCP)

    - Port 500 (UDP)

    - UDP Port 3544 (UDP)

    - UDP Port 4500 (UDP)

    - Port 3075 (UDP and TCP) (For COD: Ghosts)

    Are you set to "instant-on" or "energy-savings" mode on your console?

    If you are set to instant-on, try switching over to energy-savings and rebooting your console to make sure that setting stored. I have seen cases where this setting would alter the NAT type(s) that are showing for testing the network connections and in game
    COD: Ghosts NAT type.

    After opening the 3075 ports to your Xbox One & selecting Energy Savings mode, let me know if this helps you find games faster or what type of NAT it shows you within the COD: Ghosts game menu.

    COD Ghosts uses non-standard ports. To get open NAT in Ghosts, you must manually forward the following additional ports:

    3075 TCP and UDP

    3076 TCP and UDP

    Cone NAT is good, so don't worry about that.

    i have my xboxone into DMZ having it on open in the settings but ghosts was always in moderate; so i uninstalled everything and made new installation; now it works well for month so i guess it had to do something with an update

    Nat open on dashboard but moderate in cod ghosts?

    I have a BT Home Hub 5. You cant actually set ports manually on it. I have UPNP is on, i added xbox one os system in add device. DMZ is off. Still mod nat in cod ghosts. In cod ghosts on 360 nat was open. Is this some kind of problem with the ghost
    servers. Also after mp connection test on dashboard i get i have a cone nat?
