Xbox One serviced but wiped clean

I recently had my Xbox serviced because it was not reading the disc and some of the times it would not recognize a disc was in the system. My Xbox was under warranty and sent in. Within a week, I receive it back with a letter stating nothing was wrong with
it. The letter also said there was a Xbox gold month membership in the box for my problems and if something is missing from the drive to follow the letters instructions to resolve. What the truth was is my entire hardrive was whipped out an reimaged loosing
all gaming information and all the games that came on my Xbox One when I purchased. I tried to follow the letter instructions. They do not work. I tried to get into my preexisting gold account. Says I don't exist. And to top it off, they did not give me a
free month membership to Gold as stated in letter.

So after a week of trying to rebuild my machine and trying to contact Microsoft, I have had zero luck. Just a lot of downloading of updates for the games i have on disc.

Please advise if you have ran into this and how you took steps to resolve. I am furious... I have lost over 10 games that were downloaded to the drive or came with system all my stats, and somehow my Xbox Gold account is not working (really don't understand
this one). And I will not even break up the 10 of hours of download updates/patches and trying to figure out how to contact Xbox support to get answers.....

FYI... Xbox support's chat is not working also...

Over a year and still not fixed

I've wiped my Xbox one completely clean and started over. Deleted my save. Nothing worked.

 

Game Room packs have disappeared!

So I tried to do as requested - I found the download history and redownloaded the original game and all 13 game packs. Game started, got into it but found my arcade was wiped clean. Redid 2 floors of themes. Can't download any additional games. Exited
out and restarted. Saw the arcade was wiped clean again. Then surprise, surprise game froze and locked up the Xbox. Yeah that worked (total sarcasm).

Your account shouldn't be terminated if you got repairs can you provide the gamertag that is connected to that account thank you.
