    Xbox One Service Order


    My Xbox one Controller is not working properly so I requested a service order, after my Order was accepted, i got a mail from Microsoft.

    Email was like this :

    "You will receive an email from our Shipping Partners within one business day containing your Air Way Bill ( AWB ) and Declaration
    Form. Our shipping partner will then call you within two business days to schedule a pick‑up for your package. If you do not receive this call, please contact them at +9111-66207713 Mo‍nday - Fr‍iday during normal business hours.    "


    and so I received a message from them with the required documents attached but
    never got a pick up call from them as stated in the email so I
    waited for like 10 days     and after that I got tired of waiting and
    tried calling on the provided number     but even after my several tries
    no one attended the call     so i tried calling their shipping partners directly but they told me to email Microsoft instead for a pick up number so they can pick up my device.

    After this I got very angry and cancelled the service order so that i can make another order and this time I hope I will get a call from them but when I put my device PID in the new service order it constantly says device not found and doesn't
    register my new order, now I am in a pinch and would appreciate help from you guys.

    Note: My device is still in warranty and the controller is also one that came with my xbox one s.

    thank for the information I check on my service order today and my service order is ok . I just waiting for the box to come so I can send my xbox one to the service and repair center.

    Depending on the issue and the tests required it could take several weeks to get the service order completed. We recommend reaching out to the
    chat team to check on that order if you have not received any recent emails.
