Xbox One service is not working

If it says that, it's an error on Xbox's end.

I'm sorry to hear that the issue has been happening for over a week now, but I don't believe that is an Xbox Live server issue if it's been happening that long. There would be more reports of an outage and Xbox Live service issues are always posted online
on theserver status pagealong with the
Xbox Support Twitter account. Currently all services are normal and the Xbox team usually fixes any kind of service issues very fast.

Did you go over the networking solution guide provided by
Kiesey?

I also recommend some console troubleshooting. Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Let us know if you are still having any issues connecting to Xbox Live.
