    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 Xbox One

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wireless

    Things you have tried: Just about everything imaginable such as putting it in DMZ and performing a hard reset on both the console as well as the network equipment.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: NAT Type is Strict

    Any Error Codes you encounter: None

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Frontier Communications (Took Over AT&T Uverse recently)

    my Xbox one won't connect to the internet. It says NAT unavailable and service info unavailable but when I go somewhere else it starts working

    Xbox live not working at all

    I use a wired connection for Xbox one and have done for ages. Recently Xbox live doesn't even connect and in network settings it says IPv4 it never used to say that my nat type says unavailable and so does service info and it used to be on IPv6 and will
    not change back.

    Xbox Live connection confusion (Xbox one)

    first off, NAT type being "opened" or "Strict" just means the xbox is connecting to the router, and the router is on. the service info is unavailable means the xbox is not connecting to ther Xbox Live Servers to get the connection it needs to check. Go to
    advanced settings and post your :

    IP address, Gateway, and Primary DNS. then run the three test on the "troubleshoot" in network and post results here as well, preferably in one post.

    Can you please run a connection test to XBOX Live and see if you get a NAT error. You can learn about what a NAT type is and how it relates to getting into a match with other players over the XBOX Live service, I suspect this is what's going on here. Please
