    August 1st I sent my Xbox One console out.

    On August 4th the Service Center received my Xbox.

    August 11th they were processing it for shipment.( I had to contact Xbox Customer Support to find out what company the tracking number worked with.)

    When I found out it was FedEx. I noticed my packaged was stuck in Ohio. No where near where I am. Contacted FedEx for them to tell me I need to contact the shipper.

    It has been 38 days from when I sent my Xbox One out.

    26 days(22 business days) from when my Xbox was being sent back to me.

    Not sure how to contact the shipper or who the shipper is but I need to get a hold of someone that can help me get my Xbox to the correct address.

    Service center question

    sent my xbox one to the service center a couple weeks ago and the fed-ex tracker says shipped and the service center says shipped by customer does that mean it's there because it's had that same thing there since I shipped it out i want my xbox one back

    Click on Contact Us and speak to a MS representative regarding options. That will be the quickest way for you to get an answer and resolution.

  5. I have spoken to the Representatives 4 times regarding this issue and they just give me the run-around saying contact FedEx and FedEx says the same stuff and I am getting no where. I need to file a claim with my shipper but FedEx is not my shipper and neither
    is MS...

    You didn't give much details as to where you are located, but it doesn't look like your console has been delivered yet (based on what you pasted here). We normally see that "Future delivery requested" change for users that have set up a repair in the US,
    but are actually located on a military base overseas.

    Please note that if you are on a military base overseas for the US, the process tends to be a little bit longer. Because the consoles are shipped internally, we cannot give an exact time frame on when you should receive your console, but it can take up to
    2 months after the original delivery date (8/11 for you). We are unable to assist you until that timeframe has been hit.

    If you are not overseas and are currently living on the continent, then please let us know! We'll be able to look into it further from there for you. Xbox One Service Center sent my Xbox to a different place. :)

  7. So I was told to bump this thread if I still did not receive my Xbox. Obviously with my reply it implies I have not received my Xbox still. What further actions may I take to speed up this really long process of getting my Xbox back or finding out where
    it is? It seems like it has just vanished and I would much rather just get a new Xbox because it would be less of a wait, but I am not wasting my money again.

  9. So my Xbox finally shows up without any notification or tracking number. And in the box is a letter saying, "We're sorry to inform you that during our inspection of your Xbox Product, it was identified that it had been opened,modified, or tampered with,
    and/or its serial number altered or removed. Because of this, your device is excluded from warranty coverage and repair under the terms of the Limited Warranty you accepted when you purchased and used your Xbox Product."

    I was never informed on this information till now, when I received my Xbox back. Why wait this long to tell me my Xbox could not be fixed? And I know for a fact that my Xbox was never opened or modified or tampered with until I sent my Xbox into Microsoft.

  10. Well now I received a few emails from 2 people, one from "Xbox Offline Team" on Nov 5th and the other from "Xbox Listening & Advocacy" on Nov 5th as well, they seemed nice and one left me a way to contact him if I had any trouble. They responded to me and
    were apologizing for losing my Xbox and then saying they will have a replacement (Factory Refurbished xbox) sent to a different address. Nov 9th "Xbox Listening & Advocacy" replied to my email saying I would not be charged and thanking me for emailing a different
    address. He also said he would follow up and let me know once the factory refurbished xbox was sent out. On Nov 9th I sent an email asking about the Xbox, No response still till this day (Nov 17th); at 8:35pm. I sent another email to the same email address
    and will be waiting for a response hopefully. Or hopefully a response on here.

    I am getting tired of Xbox Customer Service giving false hope.

    I also received an email back when I just sent my email to the "Xbox Listening & Advocacy", saying ,

    "Thank you for contacting Xbox Customer Support. The Service Request in this email has been closed. If you need further assistance, please visit http://support.xbox.com."
