Xbox one server problems and save information discussion

Xbox one save information is being changed by people inside of servers. It's nearly impossible to prove who does it and it's becoming more and more common. For example, playing rainbow six and getting de-ranked or someone changes a server and uses the server
to cheat or change your save information. There should be a way to retrieve older saves and to prevent this from occurring in the future. Here we are on Xbox one and still there are many examples of the game being purposely abused/modded by other players.
We need a way to retrieve older save information badly.

Personally, I play locally and wouldn't mind being able to transfer my BC game saves from the 360 over to the X1 or from the other way around without hitting the pay wall.

We understand that you would like to delete the cloud saves for game data on a Xbox 360 backwards compatible game through your Xbox One console.

Unfortunately, multiplayer save data is saved through the game's own server and cannot be deleted. For more on this, it would be best to get in touch with the developer of the game to discuss resetting the account.

Do you have a memory card or Cloud saving enabled? You can try to select a different device when starting the game. The server stores most of your information remotely, and if it can't find a save file on the device, it creates one afresh using the server
information.

What is there to discuss, its fairly obvious. His internet is fine, his connection to the Xbox Live servers are fine, however there is a problem at the server side.
