Xbox One server issues and degrading network connectivity issues

I have been on the phone with my ISP and Xbox Live support for the last three months.

Network to note I am paying for 200 megabytes down and 10 megabytes up total cost is $125 out of my wallet.

I have had several technicians from my ISP to come out and check my line we are running fiber optic.

Customer support has more than a book worth of notes so they say about this issue.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps displayed below.

Mac address assignment with port forwarding triggers correct ports were open and made the system worse than it was

Static IP

before I continue with this troubleshoot I want to make something. I have done test both on my PC and the Xbox One edge browser

It is funny that you continuously say that is my Xbox which is defective when I can pull 227 megabytes down and 10.15 up on the Xbox edge browser there for you stating that there's something defective on my Xbox is not true I was on the phone with your technical
support and and despite me telling them that there's nothing wrong with my Xbox and proving that I'm able to get the speeds on the port itself there for proving that there's nothing defective about the hardware

I did do a wireless test as well and those results were nearly the same

Hardware replacement which did not change any thing whatsoever it's also figured out that they did switch me to a different node there was a period of 24 hours that they had me on a dedicated line all by myself with no one else on the line still no improvement
had a friend of mine bring his Xbox one over and did the test and it came back the same as mind it

I Have had enough with you blaming me for your servers problems I am paying $9 a month for Gold I'm paying $125 for internet and you still continue to blame me for what is wrong here it upsets me that I have been respectful member of the Xbox Live Community
for a long period of time and when I explained that there's something wrong with your end you're blaming the customer and saying that there's something wrong with their Network it is unfair that you require me to pay for a subscription to a service and yet
you are not willing to dedicate your time to improve the quality of the service

I'm sorry to hear about any issues regarding the

Server Connectivity. Please go to
Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer

What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity? Do you see the option to troubleshoot or "Fix" the network
on the page for the Xbox Networking?

Someone at Microsoft needs to escalate this issue and let us know what is going on. We spent $60-$100 on this game and have been left in the dark about whether anything is even being done about the network connectivity issues with FH4 and windows 10. Not
only is this support community filled with network issues, but the threads over at forzamotorsport dot net continues to grow with people that can't play online.
