    Xbox one server error and disk error and controller problems


    when I try and sign in I'm unable to access my online profile keeps saying xbox live is unavailable at this moment in time and every time I change my disk my console is unable to read the disk I get an error code and says restart app this app is not responding
    then I do a system power cycle and still dosent work I clean disk still dosent work then might read it after about 25 to 40 times or I give up and not use my Xbox for the rest of the day and my controllers randomly disconnect from my Xbox at the same time
    with full power and might reconnect in seconds or minutes or have to do a power cycle on my console i was told to update my controllers to fix the problem I have and still happens

    Problem with Blue-Ray app

    Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has encountered a problem with playing their 4K UHD disks on the Xbox One X.

    At first, my Xbox was playing each disk just fine, but in the past week, not one has worked. Every time I load a 4K movie, the system launches the blu Ray app, but after a while I get an error message saying that the app is taking too long to load.

    I deleted the app and tried downloading it again, but the same problem persists. At least the games work, but I’d rather not purchase an additional 4K player (funds are a bit tight at the moment), especially since the X has worked in the beginning.

    Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any suggestions?

    Hey bud just to let you know I have looked into this issue and it looks like it has happened as the result of E-Crime ( Hackers ). Microsoft are trying to fix the issue as fast as they can but we will need wait till they come back on-line. Have a look at
    youtube to find out more info on how this appears to have happened.

    Is there any disk error's

    What kind of hard drive did it come with.

    Providing you are using the original hard drive if the error persists i would advise calling xbox support they should help you.

    Also i have a problem a disk reading error the disk tray will jam if there is no disk in but if there is not problem.

    the disk is not the problem. The surface of the disk looks like new. On my other Xbox One X the installation with the same disk wasn‘t a problem.

    What do you think about the error codes?
