Xbox one series s games not reaching the Home Screen.

Try performing a cache wipe with the following steps.
Delete your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait one minute and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.
Sign in to the account again.

If this doesn't work,
go to Settings>System>Console Information
and restart keeping your games.

Please note that console accounts will be deleted, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log in again.

Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you will. To avoid losing any data, all you have to do is log in again

The subscription is active on both xbox one and Xbox series s.

1. Xbox one disc is original - subscription on this account
   
2. Xbox series s digital - linked to subscription
   
3. Xbox series s currently plays online
   

• Forza horizon 4
  
• Fifa 21
  
• Rocket league
  

1. Xbox one has all games downloaded on to it as they aren't disc versions
   
2. Xbox series s has games shared to it
   
3. If they series s is changed to home, what happens to the xbox one?
   

• Can xbox one play the games online?
  
• Says we can only change home 3 more times

I’ve sent in my xbox series x twice now, waiting for the 3rd one to arrive. You definitely wont get the same xbox back. If the xbox doesn’t work this time I have to switch to the series S or goto playstation. (Game disc wouldn’t read, it would crash constantly.. or home screen me)

well there is no errors for one and two the game locks up with a repeating sound for a brief moment and three it then crashes to the home screen of the xbox and four the crashes happen sporadically and intermittently i am unable to do troubleshooting steps due to the crashes are unpredictable i won't know when they happen they just pop up and can cause progress to be interrupted i am using series S model this only happens on xbox one games played on series S

the xbox one and series s etc only support single screen output, the xbox one wouldnt have the processing power to run a game on 2 let alone 3 screens .
