I purchased an Xbox one elite controller series 2 on March 22nd and it came with stick drift right out the box. The B button didn’t work either. I brought it back and they gave me a new one. Still this one had slight stick drift but I thought I might as well just keep it. Now after only 2-3 weeks of use it has terrible stick drift already. I don’t understand how a product can be so expensive and so low quality. Is there a way I can get a new controller without using the $30 warranty? I mean the product doesn’t even work as advertised and it hasn’t even been a month.
