    Xbox One sent to Mexico?


    I talked with an agent today about a repair order and they told me that any tracking number that pulls up in their system that starts with the number 0715 or just "0" is sent to mexico and then do its destination.

    Why exactly is the console shipped to mexico? The shipping is going to take longer because they have to clear customs and It just doesn't make sense to me....

    Just a quick question, I sent my xbox one in to be serviced and fedex says it arrived Monday, but when I check my order through xbox it still says order in progress. Shouldn't it say Product received or something along those lines.

    Yeah,for some reason they are quite slow at updating the order status with repairs now.

    This is the way that UPS handles their shipping. They all get put in one larger load and shipped through to Texas in one go to save money.

    As long as nothing flags with customs as being sketchy it shouldn't delay getting your console back as the courier services have pretty efficient services.

    Microsoft also has a repair center in Mexico so your console could have gone there.

    I'm from Mexico and I have the same problem, the same thing happens in Spain told me that within 5 days I sent an email, is a stupidity that make errors like one on xbox 360.

    I think he's saying he sent his xbox for repairs and when he tracked it the repair plant was in mexico. I wouldn't doubt it but at least its getting fixed right?

    they sent it to mexico!!!! not sayin that in a racist way but just sayin that it would have gone through customs... they take apart cars at the border so who knows what happened to my xbox
