    After owning an xbox one for 33 days i had to send it to get repaired. I had to supply shipping materials, and in the email it says to use bubblewrap. I had spent 20 bucks for the shipping materials. I spoke to somebody at xbox and they told me that the
    instructions said to use wadded up newspaper. It took a week to get there, when they send it, it will take another week. Half a month just in shipping. I payed for a month of ea access and didnt get to use it, and will not recieve anything for that. Ive had
    to cancel xbox live membership and ea access membership so i would not be billed again while i did not have it. They had it for 4 days before i got an email saying that they have recieved it. After a week and a half "Service center is processing the order".
    I still do not understand how a 1 month card of live is compensation for all of this. Can somebody else tell me where i am wrong

    My Xbox One is refusing to read games

    Today I followed the instructions to return my xbox one due to it no longer reading disc.... the xbox support site stated that if I were to pay for shipping through xbox that the fedex store would supply me with shipping material for free... this was not
    the case when I arrived at the fedex store and was charged an extra 21.00 dollars for materials on top of the 10.56 I had paid via xbox to print out the shipping information...

    Wrong return shipping label on advanced exchange and got old broken one back and charged fee!

    I sent my broken xbox one back in the box i got my exchange xbox one in, followed all instructions and put the return ship label on the box and sent it back straight away. That was just over a month ago, and today the broken xbox arrived back at my house
    saying insufficient address. I had to pay 50 euro for original shipping and charged for replacement xbox cause they did not recieve the broken one.
