    I tried but the console wouldn't recognize either software files. The second beep would never trigger.

    I have had this issue before how i fixed the message "Please remove the network cable" was by unplugging my xbox one from the wall and waiting about a minute and then restarting my router and i have not had the issue since

    Try unplugging the xbox from the wall for a few minutes and try again.

    I tried pretty much every possible method and I've concluded that there is no other way to fix it except sending it in for repair.

    It actually sounds more like a genuine hardware error with your console's internal wireless card.

    I think it's fair to say that the only resolution is to send your console in for a repair.

    thanks a lot now i cant even play games anymote because of this reset solution . Now im forced to get it repaired!!!!!!!!

    thanks for you silution , now im stuck and cant even play a freakin game!!! Plus now i really have tonsens it over to get it repaired cause i cant do anything with it anymore because of yoyr solution!!!!

    I have the same problem

    sunday xbox live worked perfect. Unplugged it from wall and tuesday try to play and nothing. Cannot connect to xbox live becuase my wireless network hardwear is not working.

    It sounds like the network cable may not be fully plugged in. Normally when you have it plugged in it will automatically disable the wireless adapter if one is connected. It seems that it may be thinking you are connecting a wireless adapter such as the
    Original Xbox Wireless Adapter MN-740 that connected to the console via an ethernet network cable.

    I've been having the exact same issue too, but after doing a hard reset, I can't even connect it using the wired connection either, even though I could before.

    Could you go into your console's network settings. Select Advanced settings and Alternate MAC address and Clear.

    Head back to the overview of your console's network settings and select go offline. Select forget this wireless network.

    Press and hold the power button on the front of your console for 10 seconds. Once your console is shut down, power it on.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Try reset your console to factory defaults, before you request a repair.

    Consult the following support article, on how to safely restore your console to factory default:
