Xbox One seemingly doesn't want to work anymore.

Hi,

For two days now I've been trying to get my xbox one working after it randomly stopped wanting to. First of all it is hardly a year old. I was playing a local kick off game of FIFA with a friend when it crashed, and then I restarted the console. Since then
it has not worked. It takes an age to load games, and when they do; the online part of the game is inaccessible. Destiny for example says I am not connected to the internet. Even though I run my wifi diagnostic found on the system part of the menu and it says
everything is 'fine' or good and my online features should work perfectly. I can see friends online and the latest videos though I cannot start a party or join a party. Also, since this crash my kinect is unable to maintain power and when I run the set up
for that it has gone from a sharp image to a slow laggy picture, and is unable to recognise me, even if I dance.

I have hard restarted the console 5 times and my wifi nat type is open and working perfectly on all other devices in the house. It's as if my xbox has got a virus of some sort.

I believe my only option left would to be to reset to factory settings, although I would lose all my game saves etc so that isn't really a viable option.

Please, please help.

Hello, I have bought a Xbox One controller 1,5 year ago in France in a

LDLC shop. My controller doesn't work anymore since yesterday. What can I

do?

I precize that I play on PC, with Origin.

The controller powers on, it works 2/3 seconds, and nothing after.

I control it with USB cable so no battery problem

 

A few things we can try HUGE SILVERBACK. First lets clear your Xbox One's cache. To do this go to Settings app, Disc & blu-ray then click on Persistent storage and then Clear Persistent storage. Do this three times to be 100% sure. Once done hard power off
your console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5 seconds. Power back on and see if it's helped.

Get back to me if that's not helped and we'll try another idea.
