    Xbox one scrolling through menus


    Hi,my xbox one has started scrolling through the menus on its own.when I'm at the main screen it will scroll left and right and randomly click on things.I have hard reset loads and also factory reset.any ideas what this could be.thank in advance

    Xbox App (Beta) One Guide

    Does any one else have difficulty scrolling through the TV listings on the One Guide? One scroll of the mouse wheel equals pages and pages of scrolling. I see this problem on both the Xbox app and the Xbox App (Beta)

    You sure its not the controller thumb sticks that are stuck in a certain position?

    No it goes up down left right.clicks on things.loading apps up randomly

    I sometimes have the same issue - also the console crashes when I hit the home button! - Happens on 2 of my controllers!

    Might be worth checking if your controller has the most recent update. It's in the settings menu somewhere

    I sometimes have the same issue - also the console crashes when I hit the home button! - Happens on 2 of my controllers!
