Xbox One Screenshots won't share or save.

I can't see share menu but I only can see save as wallpaper / execute this game..

I entered my gold serial for 14 days but outcome is same. MS.. give me 12 month gold membership

for reward..

hey everyone I figured out!

you should take many screenshots and pick up screenshot that can show share menu.. ( in my case, odds were 1/30)

then you select save button, you finally see the share menu and can share by onedrive.

Same here. I have Xbox gold but some of my videos and screenshots won't save. If I can't save, I can't share.

Has this been resolved yet? There appears to be no good reason why screenshots cannot be saved. Here's the error message:

Capture Not Saved

Sorry, the capture you selected was not saved. Please Try again.

I've been trying since last month. This is ridiculous! Has any solution been identified? If this feature continues to be problematic then I'm not bothering with it. Yet another reason why I believe GAME consoles should be made to PLAY GAMES, not to pose
as social media hubs with a crippling lack of usability.

I have that Problem since a few days. I always get the message that the storage is full but I have only 94% taken. I also tried deleting old stuff and that didn't solve the Problem.

I am also having an issue with this. I just got my xbone two days ago and I can't share any screens or clips.

I was really excited for this feature, as I couldn't get a capture card for my 360.

Yeah, it works, you just have to wait a little bit to give you the share option.

I can't share my screenshots either. I just get a message saying try again later. It's been like this for two days now.

Is there a fix?

It won't allow me to share my screenshots either. Everytime I attempt to save a screenshot it won't save.

Hello nnooggoodd,

To take a Screenshot:

1. While in game double tap the Xbox Button

2. When the home screen appears press Y

Note: if you do not get the option to take a screenshot after double tapping the xbox button you may need to reinstall Game DVR and/or your profile.

To save a Screenshot:

1. Open the Game DVR app

2. With the screenshot you with to save/share press the menu button and select save/share from the menu

Note: After taking a screenshot there is a delay before the screenshot can be saved or shared. During this time you will not see these options available.

Me too I am about to lose a ton of awesome DAI screenshots! Its killing me as most of my really good ones are the ones that won't "save" or "share".

I spent an hour with tech support and they never found a solution. They said they would look into it but I haven't heard back yet. This is so lame!
