XBox One screen shifts left and right

While playing Forza 5 MS or Titanfall and even Need for Speed Rivals the screen shifts left and right. I have a 92 inch HDTV, the sound goes thru a Sony STR-DH550 5.2 channel AV Receiver, Please see the Vimeo link of a recording made while trying to play.
I have spent extensive hours with Microsoft support and have a rather large file with tech support. The XBox One is still under warranty, the game Forza 5 has been replaced, the console has been sent to repair along with a DVD of the video and repair sent
the console back with no repairs saying they found nothing wrong and only did a factory reset. After re-installing all the games from hard disk the exact same problem is present. SEE VIDEO: "

Tame the Horses after Laso .

When he shifts to the left, push right. When he shifts to the right, push left. I always watch his legs, it is easier for me to see the changes. No need to go slow or part way, I always go straight from one extreme to the other, and never have any trouble.

 

Plasma + xbox one pic issue

what's up with the bending/warping of edges or straight lines when panning quickly from left to right? For example, on the xbox one dashboard, if you scroll the screen across to the left or right you will see the tiles actually warp at the edges : / or try the full screen images you get when you look at a games details through the xbox store - the entire picture shifts into focus, makes me feel a bit sickly, like I've had a few too many.

I was worried this my VT playing up but tried it on my previous plasma and it's exactly the same. Is this just inherent with the technology? Anyone else experienced this?

 

Is the hdmi output of your One directly connected to your TV or your av receiver? If it's not connected directly, please try that.

If it is connected directly please try a different input on your TV and check if the problem persists. If it persists please check the grafic settings on the One and configure them manually instead of using auto mode.

Please let me know if any of this suggestions fix your problem.

 

Hmm... my bad.

The video did not load here at first, so I unfortunately I was able to check it out not before I posted my first post.

After checking your video I think it is a different problem. Looks more like a problem whether with the headtracking through Kinect in Forza or a change of perspective through your controller.

If you have headtracking with Kinect enabled would please check, if the problem persists if you turn it off?

If you do not use this feature with the Kinect may you please select a different controller configuration within Forza, so that the view controls are on different buttons then you use now and then check if this changes anything?

 

Bob, head tracking is off and has always been off. I have sent the console in to repair (still in warranty) for the second time. The first time for the same problem and I sent the video burned to a DVD with the console with a note printed on the paper sleeve
and printed on the disk label to view for problem. They, repair, sent the console back saying they found no problem and only did a factory reset. The factory reset was one of about six factory reset's done to the console, when I reloaded the games, Forza 5
MS, Titanfall and Need For Speed Rivals all the games exhibit the same shifting left and right.. I had hoped someone else might have experienced this issue. When I get the console back hopefully the shifting issue will be alleviated. MS has escalated my issue
to a Global Escalation Analyst, so stay tuned for the exciting conclusion to this epic event!!!

Bob, one more thing . . . the HDMI cable is new and I've tried a 1.4 and a 2.0 HDMI cable. The issue is prevalent with hook up direct to the TV or to the Sony STR-DH550 5.2 channel AV Receiver. The TV is a 92 inch 3D ready HDTV by Mitsubishi. I use both
the controller or a Pro Racing Force Feedback Wheel and Pedals for Xbox One from Mad Catz,

the shifting issue is there with either controller.

 

Bob, just going over this string, the xbox repair says the console should be shipped back to me on 9/19/14. After re-installing the games I'll let you know the outcome. Thank you for your input.

BTW how you like the wheels? I'm a long time Forza Racer, too, and had the 360 wheel but still don't have a wheel for the One.

 

Good Morning Bob,

I received my XBox One console from repair. This was the second time I sent it in with the same problem, thank God for warranty! Got it back with a letter saying they found no problem again. At your suggestion I went through and checked for the "Head Tracking"
option and sure enough it was on. After reinstalling all my games and turning off head tracking there appears to be no more screen shifting left and right.

Thank you for your help and advice it seems to have stopped my problem.

Bob, in answer to your racing wheel question, I like the Mad Catz wheel! I had bought a cheaper Thrustmaster wheel and found you get what you pay for. Being retired my wife lets me buy whatever toys I want (within reason), I have a great pension and that
along with social security and my video production company makes for comfortable days!
