Xbox One screen keeps going black & apps n games keep closing

Ive recently purchased my xbox one only two weeks ago, its been okay and now its playing up, no matter what game I'm playing or an app it randomly closes the game or app thus forcing to reatart and loose unsaved progress. Im also having black screen issues.
Whenever my xbox one console is on, every now and then the screen goes black for a second then comes back on, however I do not loose audio just picture and is very frustrating when im playing forza nd next minute your in the barrier because my screen went
black, happens even on home screen Note: I have tried 2 different tvs and 2 different hdmi cables

Xbox One keeps going Black Screen and Games keep crashing.

I have an Xbox One and about 3 times a week ether a game will crash mid game or my Xbox One will go to a Black screen when I hit the Home button. I have seen a lot of things about the Xbox going black screen, but no one has figured it out yet. I know how to fix it, but is there any way to stop it. On the other hand, I have not seen may threads about games crashing mid game. Ether I will be playing Ghost or my girlfriend will be playing The Lego Movie Video game and mid game it just take us to the home screen and we have to start the game all over again. I'm also having a problem with my controller disconnecting for about 5 seconds every now and then. Not really a big deal unless your in the heat of the moment in Ghost and that 5 seconds of disconnections gets you downed in Extinction or you lose you 15 kill streak in multiplayer. I just wanted to put this out there, but most likely this forum has already been posted a 100 times and someone is going to yell at me to use the search function before posting it again, but o well. I hope someone will give me some useful information and not flame me please. Thank you.Click to expand...

Mine probably just did it within the week that I first got it. Now it doesn't have any problems.

Ok, can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it restarts? That should hopefully solve your problem.
