Xbox one. Screen has gone small all of a sudden

Please help. I placed my controller down a little rough and the screen went small. No settings were changed and I've tried the resolution settings. I'm lost . Thanks in advance

Yep my only thing is buy a new Xbox. Mine felt great all of a sudden it has some very small delay. Have you tried a new xbox?

I have not had one problem with my day one edition. However, on the one little small screen it hangs (or appears to hang on zero% for a long time but if you go look at it in the apps/games dept.....it shows the actual download bar. Back on the home screen
though it appears to be 0% for a long time and then all of a sudden it pops up ready in a very quick time.

Thanks...but now all of a sudden my blue flame armor effect has gone away from my armory...this is nuts

Will this be like it happened on xbox 360. All of a sudden the game Was gone, the money you spent? What's gone and after more than a decade it came back. And now it's gone again
