Xbox One screen frozen at green start up page

Thank you for responding. I see you have some questions in regards to the troubleshooting provided by our great ambassadors. We'll try our best to clear things up for you. A

power cycle is when you shut off your console, unplug it from the power for thirty seconds, and then turning it back on. In order perform a manual

factory reset, you can do the following:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

The bind button on the original Xbox One can be found on left side of the console, near the disc tray. When you are dealing with an Xbox One S/X it is located below the power button. Hope this helps!

Quick fix Xbox One stuck on loading screen issue by using factory resetting. Hold Eject and Sync button, click the Power button.
Wait for 2 startup tones to sound, a menu with 4 options will appear: Restart, Power off, Factory reset and Update off of Flash Drive.

Have you tried a power cycle?

A power cycle means to completely drain all power from the console and initiating a "Cold Boot". This is done by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down, then unplugging the power supply for 10 seconds. Sometimes this helps
the console to restart completely. Also yes, the eject is right next to the disc loader.
