xbox one screen flickering

Does anybody else get this, especially when playing Titanfall? It's hard to actually see the flickering, but after playing for an extended period it becomes quite uncomfortable, and my eyes seem to retain the flickering sensation for quite a while afterwards,
especially in poor light/darkness? Is it related to the refresh rate of my TV, or does it happen on xbox one regardless?

Titanfall seems to intentionally do quite a lot of strobing and jittery movement which normally leaves me unable to focus properly afterwards. When looking at the white light on my xbox one controller, it looks like it's wobbling, and I'm sure it's actually
still.

my xbox one is approximately six months old. Approximately 3 weeks ago the screen started flickering when on Youtube. Progressively has gotten worse. Now even happens when playing games...using Netflix...Youtube Etc. Have tried powering system off. attempted
to change HDMI cables and used various different HDMI inputs in TV. These changes havent made any difference so it makes me think it is an issue with my Xbox (hardware or software). can anyone advise? I read other forums but havent found a permanent fix and
even the "temporary" fixes havent made a difference.

One thing hardware wise you can try is another TV. If you have another TV just to test I would recommend plugging your console into that to see if the problem moves with the console. Additionally follow the link below to ensure all your resolution settings
and other display settings are correct (It could be the hz).

I had this happen also, usually after extended playing. You need to reset the X1 and clear the cache.

 

I have had weirdness similar to this, yesterday my screen went berserk twice, both times I had been playing for a couple hours. Once it refused to draw 90% of the textures in Boneyard & I could see some of the other maps in a similar state in the distant
background. Made it really tough navigating maps I'm still unfamiliar with, lol. I had a pretty decent game still though, for me anyway. That corrected itself after exiting game and returning.

The second was a little more problematic, my display was ghosting horribly. Especially the text in my HUD and other player names, it wasn't long before that was all I could see. I had to shut my 6 day old console down & restart for that one go away. It was
only in Titanfall though, Halo Spartan Ops worked fine.

Ceased, when you say reset, you didn't mean back to "factory settings" did you? Clearing the consoles cache is most likely in "Settings" somewhere as with the Xbox 360?
