    Hi,

    See if this helps -

"OK PEEPS! As promised, I gave my Xbox plenty of time to verify that the fix "was really a fix." So far everything is working great! So, I'm pleased to provide you with the steps that the Xbox support analyst performed on my console to remedy the intermittent
snowy screen. Thank you Pauline N.!

Please go over all steps before you make any changes to your console, to make sure you understand all the instructions. And most importantly, make sure that you are comfortable performing all the steps listed below. I will not provide any further help other
than the instructions below. If any issues arise, please contact MS Xbox ONE support.

With that said, " Shall ...we ...play ...a ...game?"

Step 1: Clear persistent storage.- go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. Do this step 3 times.

Step 2: Clear alternate MAC.- After you are done clearing the Persistent Storage, go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.

At this point your Xbox should be rebooting.

Step 3: Unlink your account from the Xbox (Yeah! I was concerned about this step, too. But, don't be "Skird").- So once the Xbox is done rebooting, go to Home screen and sign in to your account. Once logged in and still on the Home Screen go to> Settings
    > Security and Passkey > (on the middle left part of the screen you will see) “Remove me from this Xbox” > Remove my account.

Step 4: Redownload your profile.- All right, once the profile has been removed, it will automatically sign you out. So let's redownload your profile back! Click Sign in, the 2nd icon on the upper left corner of the screen > Add New > Enter your email and
Password. Entering this information will prompt you to redownload your profile automatically. In the process it will refresh both your account and the system, as well. After you added your login information, you will be presented with 3 options, "make it
fast," "check that is me," or "lock it down." I selected the "check that it is me" option. I was then asked to setup a new six digit code. You have now completed all the troubleshooting steps, and your system is ready to be tested and used.

    Step 5: Enjoy!!"

It seemed to help for some.

Xbox One intermittent flashing "snowy" screen.

Hey there, Pema! We are currently still investigating the black screen flashes. The snowy/static screen and HDCP errors were the ones resolved recently. Please keep an eye on that thread for updates on the black screen flashes! :)
