    XBox ONE Screen Blank?


    A couple weeks ago, I was trying to update my XBox One after not using it for awhile. Near the end of the long update, the console froze. I unplugged it. Now, I can turn it on, but the screen is black. If I hold the Xbox Button, the "What do you want to do" screen does come up, but that's the only thing I can see.
