Xbox One Scratched Halo MCC

    Xbox One Scratched Halo MCC


    I just pulled out the only game I have every put into the console, Halo MCC, and it has circular gashes on it that circle around the middle. Is this a common occurrence with Halo MCC or could it be my console? I got it from Kohls on November 9th, so I
    have time to exchange it I think.

    No I did not move the console when it was installing or even on

    Swapping out xbox one top plate?

    You could always skin it. I am planning on applying a halo MCC skin to my scratched Xbox One.

    This can also happen if the console is moving from many different results LIKE:

    -people running and jumping in the house (if the floor moves)

    -if the console was moved even slightly while a disc was in the drive (even while the system was turned off)

    -if the console is not flat all all four sides (even a slight tilt can cause this)
