vllt. kann mir ja hier jemand weiterhelfen.

Meine xbox one schaltet sich immer von selbst aus, sobald ich Downloadspiele starten will (z.B. World of Tanks). Im Anschluss lässt sich die Konsole wieder ganz normal starten. Und auch sonst ist die xbox die ganze Zeit am laufen. Halt wie gesagt nur wenn
ich dann ein Spiel starten will geht sie unmittelbar danach einfach aus. Das Netzteil und die Konsole selber sind auch nicht heiß. Beide haben Platz und Luft. Ich bin ratlos

Ich brauche Hilfe, weil meine Xbox sich bei den Spielen einfach von selbst abstellt.

Nur bei Minecraft halt nicht.
Ich weiß, dass es nicht so gut ist, aber ich denke, es ist alles in Ordnung, aber ich denke, dass ich hoffe, dass es wirklich ist

 

Schaltet die Konsole immer an derselben Stelle im Spiel ab? Oder passiert das bei jedem Downloadspiel an beliebiger Stelle?

Eventuell ist der Download durch Übertragungsfehler beschädigt, und die Konsole stürzt quasi mit einem (nicht sichtbaren) Bluescreen ab? Daher mal testweise den Download löschen und neu runterladen.

Eventuell ist auch die Festplatte defekt, und der Download dadurch beschädigt? Auch mal eine andere USB3 Festplatte versuchen.

Die Konsole schaltet immer an unterschiedlichen Stellen ab. Was mir aufgefallen ist, dass bei kleineren Downloadspielen alles reibungslos läuft. Z.B. kann ich bei World of Tanks das Minispiel spielen (Spielbar solange der eigentliche Download noch nicht
abgeschlossen ist) und die Konsole geht nicht aus. Auch bei anderen Spielen, die weniger als 2 GB haben stürzt die Konsole nicht ab.

Beim Download löschen und wieder neu herunterladen taucht wieder das gleiche Problem auf.

Es könnte evtl. wirklich an der Festplatte liegen. Ich werde da noch mal genauer schauen und gucken, was dabei heraus kommt. Vieelen Dank erst mal

Kannst du vielleicht posten wie du das problem gelöst hast. Habe seid 1 monat das selbe problem. Und immer wenn ich das spiel beende schaltet sich die konsole auch aus.
