Xbox one says not connected to live during gameplay

we can't play our game plants vs zombies we thought this was due to it being in the vault of ea acess games so paid the subscription fee but every time we try to play says we aren't connected to Xbox Iive, even though we are, any ideas here?

We'd like to determine if your Xbox One console is connected to a wired or a wireless network. We recommend using a wired network on your Xbox One console for a more secure and stable connection during online gameplay on Xbox Live.

Also, try connecting your Xbox One console to a different network and check if the same instance occurs.

Disconnected from XBox Live once game starts

Hi

I get disconnected from XBox Live once a game starts (any game COD, Tiger Woods, etc). I am connected to XBox Live when I first turn on the system. Once I get disconnected (from opening credits in all games, not during gameplay), I can no longer connect
to XBox Live unless I re-start the console.

Have you tried powering your system off,l by holding down the power button for 10 seconds and resetting your router before turning it all back on?

I havent turned my xbox off or went to the dashboard during gameplay at all. Everytime i went to check the leaderboards it would crash and sent me to the main menu and say i cannot connect to the server

Xbox shuts down during gameplay, freezes during both disk and digital copies, and black screen during gameplay. I went through all the steps prior to servicing the machine, purchase new bricks and power supplies, and factory reset the system. I'm not connected
to a surge protector and the system is properly ventilated in an open space.
