Xbox One says it is connected to wifi and that my live subscription is active for another 10 ...

My xbox one is currently stuck on the home screen, allowing me to access settings, profiles, and other internet-powered features of the home screen tab on the Xbox One. However, although it confirms through the Settings>Subscriptions>Xbox Live that I have
a current Xbox Live Gold Subscription through early next year, the button to connect to Xbox Live on the home screen remains and will not let me select it. I have confirmed there are no issues with Xbox Live itself and that my xbox is connected to my home
wifi and that the internet is working. Any ideas? Thanks!

How do i fix this?

Everytime i turn on my xbox it says "connect to xbox live". When i click it it says im already connected but i cant play any games cause when i try it says connect to xbox live. I know its not my wifi cause my brothers ps4 can connect without a problem.
I usally have to wait 10 minutes for it to connect and its getting frustrating.

xbox wont connect to live

i have my Xbox connected to internet via WiFi, it was working fine but we got a new router and modem in 1 from Comcast and now my Xbox wont connect to internet. it says that their is an error between my WiFi and the internet and it says my computer isn't
connected to internet even though it is. when i get on Xbox it says that i'm not connected to live but to my Xbox live fiends, it says that i'm online. I've followed ll of the steps on the Xbox live support page and none have worked. my friend suggested that
i may need a WiFi extender since my Xbox is far away from my router and i'm not able to move my router closer. but i wanted others opinions before a spend money getting a WiFi extender just to have it not work. if anyone has any ideas on how to fix my problem
that would be greatly appreciated.

I would try deleting your profile on the console carry out a console restart and then re load your profile to see if that helps.

ok lets see here... have you tried connecting to another wifi and see if you can get onto xbox live?

have you tried having another xbox 360 or xbox one in the house and tried to connect to xbox live?

have you hit the actual reset button or put a paperclip into the router and reset the whole router with resetting up the wifi with COX?

what type of router do you have?

have you factory reset your xbox 360?

Do you have the same problem when you Open up the Xbox app on a windows 10 device when you check network activity via test connection to a Xbox one? (even if you don't have one in your house?)

For playing online multiplayer on PC, it’s no longer required to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. That only applies to Xbox consoles.

Are you on Windows 10 or Windows 11? What exactly happens when you try to join multiplayer? Any error message?

basically it will load for 10 minutes saying "connecting to multiplayer game" then after the 10 minutes just say "connection error you timed out" even thought I have full bars with wifi, and the other person also has good wifi

When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.
